Milling processing on metal and plastic

We will perform milling metalworks of any complexity to your order from prototype casting to serial production.

The available equipment allows to machining parts up to 500 mm long, up to 400 mm width and 350 mm high.

Both machines are equipped with a ATC system for 20 and 30 tools.

The condition and quality of machining centers and high-quality, modern cutting tools of leading manufacturers used in production allow stable and fast production of parts with a total tolerance of 0.02 mm. Under certain circumstances, it is possible to make parts using a manual 2-axis index table.

The presence of various measuring equipment allows you to control in particular the geometric dimensions, hardness of parts and workpieces, surface roughness and more.

The use of high-quality and appropriate to the material being treated lubricating coolants and constant control of the concentration allows long-term preservation of the appearance of the manufactured parts and prevents corrosion.
